Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are 4,99 USD but are free for orders over 50 USD.

2. Delivery Time

   2.1 Order Processing: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging: 2-4 business days.

   2.2 Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Depending on the proximity of the warehouse that has your item stocked. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 15-50 business days of dispatch.

   2.3  Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

   2.4 PO Box or Military address Shipping: Please contact us at contact@home4chill.com as we might have to make a special arrangement with our carrier.

   2.5 We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package.  If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at contact@home4chill.com as soon as possible.

   2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Note:   Due to current pandemic safety precautions, mail carriers are a lot busier than usual. Please allow for an additional time for your order's tracking to update and be delivered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Billing Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and / or billing address / phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation & Modification Policy

1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to our email address: contact@home4chill.com.

2. Modifications 

If you would like to make any change to order, please contact us at contact@home4chill.com as soon as possible. Once we start the fulfilment process we are unfortunately unable to modify the order.
